The CLIENT/USER can place ORDERS on the SITE, by adding the desired PRODUCTS and/or SERVICES to the shopping cart, then finalizing the ORDER by paying through one of the methods expressly indicated. Once added to the shopping cart, a PRODUCT and/or a SERVICE is available for purchase as long as there is stock available for it. Adding a PRODUCT/SERVICE to the shopping cart, without completing the ORDER, does not entail the registration of the ORDER, implicitly neither the automatic reservation of the PRODUCT/SERVICE.
Important notice: Products brought to order (status: pre-order) or made to order/status: pre-order (not in stock according to the customer's specifications) CANNOT BE RETURNED. For these products it is necessary to pay an advance of at least 30%.
*the "Pre-order" status represents the status of a product or group of products for which the customer has the opportunity to place an order for that good or group of products, which is not in our company's stock and is brought especially for it after orders placed on the website, by phone or via whatsapp.
When receiving the order from the courier, please check the integrity of the package and check very carefully that the packaging is not damaged!
In the event that you notice SMALL degradation, bent corners or edges or the product is hit or cracked, please note on the AWB or on the VERBAL PROCESS of the courier "DAMAGED PACKAGING DURING TRANSPORT & DEFECTIVE PRODUCT".
Sign the AWB for receipt ONLY after you have made these observations on the AWB or on the Verbal Process!
By completing the ORDER, the CUSTOMER agrees that all the data provided by him, necessary for the online purchase process, are correct, complete and true on the date of placing the ORDER.
By completing the ORDER, the CLIENT agrees that Camera Bebelusului can contact him, by any means available/agreed by Camera Bebelusului, in any situation in which it is necessary to contact the CUSTOMER.
Camera Bebelusului can cancel the ORDER made by the CLIENT, following a prior notification addressed to the CLIENT, without any subsequent obligation of either party to the other or without any party being able to claim damages from the other in the following cases:
Art. 19. - The guarantee is legally binding for the bidder, under the conditions specified in the declarations regarding the guarantee and in the related advertising.
Art. 20. - (1) The guarantee must include mentions regarding the rights conferred by law on the consumer and clearly certify that these rights are not affected by the guarantee offered.
(2) The warranty must specify the product identification elements, the warranty period, the average duration of use, the methods of ensuring the warranty - maintenance, repair, replacement and the deadline for their realization, including the name and address of the seller and the specialized unit of service.@
(3) The guarantee must be written in simple and easy-to-understand terms.

Art. 21. - (1) At the request of the consumer, the guarantee will be offered in writing or on any other durable medium, available and accessible to him.
(2) If the guarantee does not comply with the provisions of para. (1) and of art. 20, its validity is not affected, the consumer having the right to ask the seller to fulfill the conditions included in the declarations regarding the guarantee.
Art. 22. - (1) Contract clauses or agreements concluded between the seller and the consumer before the lack of conformity is known to the consumer and communicated to the seller, which limit or remove, directly or indirectly, the rights of the consumer provided by this law, are void Right.
(2) In the case of used products, the consumer and the seller can agree to reduce the term provided for in art. 16, but not less than one year from the date of delivery of the product.

According to the legislation in force, the CLIENT can exercise the right to withdraw from the CONTRACT within 14 (fourteen) CALENDAR days after taking possession of the PRODUCTS.
If the CLIENT requests withdrawal from the CONTRACT within the legal term, if the ORDER is paid, Camera Bebelusului will reimburse the amount within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) CALENDAR days from the date of informing the store Camera Bebelusului by the CLIENT about his decision to withdraw from the CONTRACT.
The amount will be returned for ORDERS paid with OP / COD / Bank card-> ONLY by bank transfer.
For orders that were fully or partially paid with a gift card / gift voucher, the money can NOT be returned, the Voucher / Gift Card will be re-issued and can be used within a maximum of 6 months from the date of the first issue.
The CameraBebelusului.ro store will be able to postpone the refund of the amount until the receipt of the sold PRODUCTS or until the receipt of proof that they have been shipped, in case it has not offered to recover the PRODUCTS itself (the most recent date will be taken).
The CameraBebelusului.ro store reserves the right to reduce the amounts reimbursed to the CLIENT by the value resulting from the manipulation of the PRODUCTS, other than those necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functionality of the PRODUCTS.
The following are excluded from the right of withdrawal from the CONTRACT:
service contracts, after the full performance of the services, if the execution has started with the prior express consent of the CLIENT and after he has confirmed that he has become aware of the fact that he will lose his right to withdraw after the full execution of the CONTRACT by the CameraBebelusului Store .ro or its suppliers;
the supply of PRODUCTS ORDERED BY THE CLIENT or CONFECTED according to the specifications presented by the CLIENT or clearly customized;
providing PRODUCTS that are likely to deteriorate or expire quickly;
the supply of sealed PRODUCTS that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed by the CUSTOMER (PRODUCTS THAT COME INTO CONTACT WITH THE SKIN OF BABIES);
contracts in which the CLIENT specifically requested the CameraBebelusului.ro Store or its suppliers to move to his home to carry out urgent repair or maintenance work. If, on the occasion of such a visit, CameraBebelusului.ro or its suppliers provide other services apart from those expressly requested by the CLIENT or supply other PRODUCTS than the spare parts indispensable for the execution of maintenance or repair works, the right of withdrawal apply to those additional SERVICES or PRODUCTS;
If the customer receives the order, removes the product from the original box and damages the original packaging and the product, the ordered products will NOT be able to be returned!
If the customer sends back the order, it will be ensured that it arrives with the packaging of the product undamaged, so that it can be resold! Otherwise, the return of the products will not be accepted!
In the case of a return, the customer requesting the return of the product will make sure that the product has all the accessories, has all the original elements and that it has no scratches, deformations or damage after unpacking. SC ARTCONFEX SRL does not accept returns of products that are not in their original intact packaging and/or with labels, plastic or other missing elements.
Products that show signs of wear, use, damage will not be able to be returned!
Products without the original labels attached from the factory cannot be returned!
For products delivered with the security tag/seal mounted upon delivery, which are returned with the security seal/tag detached/torn by the customer, Return/exchange is not accepted, and after inspection the products will be delivered to the customer at his expense at an additional cost of 45 lei (round trip).
According to the Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014 regarding consumer rights in distance contracts: The consumer has the right to withdraw from the distance contract, without having to justify the decision to withdraw and without incurring other costs than those provided for in art. 13 para. ( 3) and art. 14 of GEO No. 34/2014, within 14 calendar days starting from the day on which he takes physical possession of the product. Return costs are borne by you.
The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered with all accessories.
For reasons of hygiene, SC ARTCONFEX SRL does not accept returns of underwear, leggings, diapers, socks, mattresses, bed protectors, bodysuits, maternity sets and in general any kind of products that can affect personal hygiene.
Products Personalized with Texts or Illustrations (eg: Christening products that are personalized with the child's name / date of the event) at the customer's request cannot be returned / changed / replaced.
Furniture products for babies that have been unsealed, assembled, have damaged original packaging CANNOT be returned.
Products made to order, customized according to the customer's specifications cannot be returned according to Ord. 130/2000 Chapter 2 Art. 10, letter c) Contracts for the supply of products made according to the customer's specifications or of distinctly customized products, as well as those which, by their nature, cannot be returned or which can degrade or deteriorate quickly;
Information for consumers Individuals have the right to withdraw from this contract, without specifying the reasons, within 14 calendar days. Legal entities cannot return ordered products.
