Camera Bebelusului offers transport and assembly services for a fee for the furniture we sell both in Bucharest and in the surrounding areas up to 50 km.
Floor Delivery and Assembly Services
1. Floor delivery service with specialized mobile courier
Standard Door to Door transport involves delivering the furniture to the requested address and handing it over at the door of the house or apartment.
The specialized courier will contact you to arrange the delivery date and time. The delivery service is guaranteed only if the client's home is equipped with a lift, elevator, or stairs of adequate size and capacity for the passage and lifting of products. In the absence of these requirements, Camera Bebelusului reserves the right to cancel the order or communicate any additional costs.

If you have placed an online order, you will be contacted by a Camera Bebelusului representative to arrange a suitable date and time slot for product delivery. Product delivery will be made on the agreed day and time slot.
If the order was placed in the store, the delivery scheduling will be done by the specialized delivery consultant together with you.
Before the scheduled delivery date, we will confirm the day and time and provide a 2-hour window during which we will arrive, to avoid inconveniences related to traffic or other unforeseen situations that may arise. If you are no longer available to receive the products, please notify us to reschedule the delivery.
It is important that when the delivery day and time are set, a person over 18 years old is at home to receive the order and that there are appropriate access routes on the stairwell for moving the furniture upstairs.
Products can be checked with the Camera Bebelusului representative upon delivery, before signing the notice.
Standard Door to Door transport does not include assembly.

2. PREMIUM service, assembly with specialized furniture personnel and packaging disposal:
Premium Furniture Delivery and Assembly are premium services and involve the transport and assembly of furniture pieces in position, at home, at the requested address, in the desired room, only through Camera Bebelusului teams specialized in furniture assembly.
If the order also includes small decorations, packages with these products will be transported free of charge to the requested address together with the furniture. Assembly and installation of small decorations are not included in the price of this service.

Upon completion of the work, after signing the notice, the Camera Bebelusului team will collect the packaging (cardboard, plastic, polystyrene) for responsible recycling.
