Return policy for personalized products

Products personalized with the child's name cannot be returned. Products personalized with Texts or Illustrations (e.g., Baptism products personalized with the child's name/event date) at the customer's request cannot be returned/exchanged/replaced. Custom-made products, personalized according to the customer's specifications, cannot be returned in accordance with Ord.130/2000 Cap.2 Art.10, letter c) – Contracts for the supply of products manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or distinctively personalized products, as well as those which, by their nature, cannot be returned or which may degrade or deteriorate rapidly.
