For online orders with embroidery customization or pre-order items, a 25–30% deposit will be paid after order confirmation, via an online payment link or bank transfer.

Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed by the consumer are exempt from the right of withdrawal, according to Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014.
