Camera Bebelusului offers transport and installation services for a fee for the furniture sold by us both in Bucharest and in the surroundings up to 50 km.
Floor Delivery and Assembly Services
1. Floor delivery service with specialized mobile courier
Standard Door to Door transport involves delivering the furniture to the requested address and handing it over to the door of the house or apartment.
The specialized courier will contact you to set the delivery date and time. The delivery service is guaranteed only if the customer's home is equipped with an elevator, a lift or a staircase with adequate dimensions and capacity for the passage and lifting of the products. In the absence of these requirements, Camera Bebelusului reserves the right to cancel the order or communicate any additional costs.
The specialized courier will contact you to set the delivery date and time. If you placed the order online, you will be contacted by a Camera Bebelusului representative to set a suitable date and time slot for the delivery of the products. The products will be delivered on the day and in the time interval established together.
If the order was placed in the store, the appointment for delivery will be made by the specialized delivery consultant together with you.
Before the date set for the delivery of the order, we will confirm the day and time and offer an interval of 2 hours in which we will reach you, in order to avoid inconveniences related to traffic or other unforeseen situations that may arise. If you are no longer available to receive the products, please let us know to reschedule the delivery.
It is important that when the day and time of delivery is set, a person over 18 years of age should be at home to pick up the order and that there should be appropriate access ways on the stairs of the building to get the furniture upstairs.
The products can be checked with the Camera Bebelusului representative, upon delivery, before signing the notice.
Standard Door to Door transport does not benefit from assembly.

2. PREMIUM service, assembly with specialized furniture staff and removal of packaging:
Delivery and Premium Assembly for Furniture are premium services and involve the transport and assembly of furniture pieces in position, at home, at the requested address, in the desired room, only through the Baby Room teams specialized in furniture assembly.
If the order also includes small decorations, the packages with these products will be transported free of charge to the requested address together with the furniture. The assembly and installation of small decorations is not included in the price of this service.

The Baby Room team will not handle, disassemble or collect the old furniture. Please make sure that, before the delivery and installation of our products, the old furniture has been removed from the room.
At the end of the work, after signing the notice, the Camera Bebelusului team will collect the packaging (cardboard, plastic, polystyrene) for responsible recycling.
